Abstract des Autors
In our increasingly active society stress reactions or stress fractures have become a frequent overuse injury. The most common skeletal areas affected are the metatarsal bones, the calcaneus and the tibia. We are reporting about the rare case of a femur stress reaction of a cyclist. We want to show that the differential diagnosis between a stress reaction and a bone tumor might be difficult. Verf.-Referat
