Abstract des Autors

The knowledge of biomechanical parameters during running serves on the one hand to identify optimal mechanics and on the other hand to the prevention of testing or fatigue damages. This study takes a look on the parameters of the height of the spine, the rotation and torsion of the shoulder and pelvis axis during long distance running. Marked points on the subject are measured during a 20 km run on the treadmill by using the 3D motion analysing system ELITE. During fatigue there is a significant decrease of the height of the spine, as well as the rotation and torsion of the shoulder and pelvis axis. Related to the stride cycle there is the possibility to show the interaction between the height of the spine and the torsion of the trunk. Especially an increase of asymmetry during running possibly indicates a disturbed movement pattern. Verf.-Referat
