Abstract des Autors
Critical flicker fusion (CFF) was measured with Modugno-Rispoli instrument (equiped with gallium arsenide red and green leds) in 136 young athletes, for red and green (before RE, after LE) in orthostatic, clinostatic, 14ø Trendelenburg (106 cases) and 50ø Trendelenburg (30 cases). In all cases red and green FCF decreased with the passage from orthostatic to clinostatic posture; red and green CFF increased with the passage from clinostatic to 14ø Trendelenburg posture; instead in the passage from clinostatic to 50ø Trendelenburg posture red and green FCF was very reduced. These retinal flow changes with posture are related not so much to gravity as to cerebral blood-shifts and cerebral micro-blood-shift. Verf.-Referat
