Abstract des Autors
The computerized dynamometry gave new prospects to test the functions of the joint-muscle system. The authors introduce the machine KINTREX-1000 and its functioning, they summarize the ways of measuring and the literature concerning it. The possibilities of use and the interpretation of the findings are demonstrated by case studies. It has been established that the KINTREX-1000 is suitable for the objectivisation of planning, performing and assessment of rehabilitation. The machine can be used in the diagnostics, mainly by the making of torque-angle curves. The authors emphasize its importance in the rehabilitation of athletes, especially in defining the safe time of return to sports activity. Verf.-Referat
