Abstract des Autors
The distribution of prescription and nonprescription drugs from athletic training rooms is a complex process that must meet both legal and ethical requirements. High-quality pharmaceutical care includes obtaining patient history, and providing pharmacotherapy monitoring and patient education. The individual who dispenses a medication assumes some liability for the outcome of the patient. Most laws and regulations that control drug distribution are intended to protect the patient.
