Abstract des Autors
The authors present their experience of muscular trauma rehabilitation by sport. The examined athletes totalled 30 overall. The specific physiokinesitherapeutic program was based in particular on an isokinetics reeducation protocol. This reeducation technique led to a recovery in muscular trophism, and it was posible to quantify the entity of functional recovery: only in same cases were instrumental physical therapy and massotherapy associated. The result was quantified with a follow-up using clinical and instrumental control (isokinetics and echography). Verf.-Referat
