Abstract des Autors
CT is the most modern and reliable technique of diagnostic imaging in knee pathology. It is bloodless and it can be repeated because of its easy execution. It produces undoubted advantages as regards arthrography, RM and diagnostic arthroscopy. The accuracy and specificity of the results depend on specialized operators with a specific knowledge of knee pathology. Comparison with surgical arthroscopy expresses diagnostic reliability degree of the CT scan, regarding intraarticular knee pathology, especially in sportsmen, for whom diagnostic arthroscopy can't be a routine diagnostic method.
