Abstract des Autors
Changes in absolute and relative (to salivary protein) concentrations of immunoglobulin A (IgA) in saliva were determined in 7 elite wrestlers subjected to two 30 s maximal tests - for legs (Test I) and for arms (Test II). Mean relative IgA level decreased significantly 5 min post-exercise (Test I) and returned to pre-exercise values 30 min later. Relative post-exercise IgA level was lower after Test I than after Test II, probably due to a much higher work output in Test I. Verf.-Referat
