Abstract des Autors
The aim of this study was to assess possible sex differences regarding group cohesion and its association with failure attribution in male and female basketball teams. The internal sense of responsibility for an unexpected outcome (failure) has been alike in men and women. Women attributed failure to their effort (unstable, controllable factor) more frequently than men. Team integration for task and social links have been found to be higher in men than in women but the latter have not used a less favourable attribution. Verf.-Referat
