Abstract des Autors
The external mini-fixator with ball joint and cursor for compression or distraction in the hand surgery ensures both the stability of the operated segments and the mobility of the adjoining joints. This device is monolateral, not cumbersome, easy to assemble, and the skin harm is minimal. It gives good results in the treatment of first metacarpal base fractures in boxing. Verf.-Referat
