Abstract des Autors
The authors propose a method for the evaluation of neuromotor reaction times, both for simple and choice-reaction time, to be applied to the athlete and in particular to the soccer player. A description of the fully computerised technique, its reproducibility, and of the instrumentation used is given. The computer running the system, upon receival of the signals from the sensor located at specific points across the field, elaborates the results in real time and gives a printout of the test. An analysis of both simple and choice-reaction time, has been carried out on a total of 60 subjects equally divided into male and female whose results, together with a description of the technique, are discussed.
