Abstract des Autors
An accurate diagnosis of pathologic conditions of the shoulder joint complex involves a detailed physical examination, appropriate radiographs, and sometimes additional diagnostic tests. An individually designed rehabilitation program frequently can return an athlete to sport. Operative intervention may be necessary in some cases with an optimistic outlook for return to sport.
