Abstract des Autors
The frequent occurrence of degenerative joint disease following complete or partial meniscectomy is well recognized. Meniscal repair has been shown to lead to a lower prevalence of degenerative changes in the knee. Arthroscopically assisted inside-to-outside meniscal repair is a safe, reproducible technique for salvaging the torn meniscus. Verf.-Referat
