Abstract des Autors
The authors analyse changes in the molecular components of the endomysium in rabbits undergoing active muscle stretching in an eccentric static position. The study was performed using routine histological, histochemical, immunocytochemical, ultrastructural and molecular biological methods. An analysis of the results reveals a significant increase in the levels of proteoglycan and collagen I, modifications that suggest changes in the viscoelasticity of the endomysium. The authors correlate these findings with the clinical results of the second part of the experiment. Verf.-Referat
