Abstract des Autors
The shoulder is one of the key joints in tennis performance and one of the most frequently injured joints in tennis play. Biomechanical analysis of the normal activity of the shoulder in tennis can serve as a basis for better understanding of performance, pathology, and treatment. This article summarizes the current state of knowledge about the normal biomechanics of the shoulder in tennis, and demonstrates how efficient biomechanics can be achieved through the kinetic chain.
