Although injuries to the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) are not as common as anterior cruciate ligament tears, an injury rate of 3.4% to 20% is reported. This article discusses in detail the clinical presentation of isolated injuries to the PCL, their associated physical findings, and the ancillary tests used in confirming the diagnosis. Verf.-Referat
