Abstract
The employment of the EMG-spectral analysis for detecting adaptation and revoery processes is described. The results in isometrical contractions under simulated weightlessness and during dynamic increase of exercise from 10 to 100 oxygen uptake under normal conditions are shortly demonstrated.
