Abstract
The case of a skeletally immature athlete with an avulsion fracture of the pelvis, which was not diagnosed on injury, is described. She was treated conservatively. The problems of this kind of lesion are discussed, and the follow-up is described. The athlete returned to competition without after-effects at the same level as before the injury. Verf.-Referat
