Abstract
Overuse injuries from cycling can be difficult to treat without an adequate understanding of bicycle/bicyclist dynamics. This article reveals techniques of bicycle fit adjustments, traiining modifications, and correction for anatomic variants in treating common overuse knee injuries in cyclists. Surgical interventions for iliotibial band syndrome, medial knee overuse, and biceps femoris tendinitis are briefly discussed. Verf.-Referat
