Abstract
The third line of inquiry into sport leadership began with the proposal of a multidimensional model of leadership (Chelladurai, 1978; Chelladurai Carron, 1978) and the development of the Leadership Scale for Sports (LSS) (Chelladurai, 1978; Chelladurai Carron, 1981a; Chelladurai Saleh, 1978, 1980). The present review is restricted to the literature related to this particular thrust. The model is presented first followed by the description of the LSS and its psychometric properties. The research testing the propositions of the model is then discussed. Verf.-Referat
