Abstract
In the field of male infertility, varicocele plays a great role. Essentially varicocele is due to incontinence of the inner spermatic vein, when its valvular system is damaged by big intra-abdominal pressures. This can also occur during sporting activities like body-building, with subsequent incidence of varicocele and infertility.
