Abstract
Body weight, height, thigh and calf circumferences, thickness of subcutaneous skinfolds and percentage of body fat have been measured in two groups of 13 year old football players (amateurs and professionals) in two occasions 7 months apart. Professional team players are on the average higher than the amateur team ones, while in the last the skinfold thickness and the percent of body fat are bigger. Time elapsed between the two measurements has like effect on the two groups of players, with statistically significant increase of height and body weight. Verf.-Referat
