Abstract
A special technique for the reconstruction of the anterior branch of the triquetrum in inveterate lesions is described. The technique involves the use of a flap of periosteum taken from the peroneal malleolus. The paper includes a report on the surgical treatment and functional recovery of 50 cases followed up for 1-7 years. Verf.-Referat
