Abstract

The authors illustrate the guiding source that considers health certificate of fitness for noncompetitive sports. Then they consider the aspects of medico-legal interest about controls preceding certification: about medical examination, they analyse the available documentally sources to integrate the anamnesis, they discuss if it is possible to admit partial medical examination (i.e. restricted to some organs only) and they propose criteria for asking further specialistic researchers; about valuation of collected data in relation to the norm involved, they suggest a method of judgement based on the interpretation of the laws expression good health as absence of permanent diseases and/or infirmities that contra-indicate the practice of one or more non-competitive sports. Expecially about helath certificate, the authors demonstrate that the law-proposed standard is absolutely inadequate, mostly because no written document remains of the data that authorized fitness judgement. They recommend the adoption of a standard different from the present one, and they propose a facsimile of a health certificate for noncompetitive sports fitness that they consider functional. At last the authors analyse some questions about information and consent, especially in the case of requests for certificate made by minors. They consider particularly that information must signify health-education, not only for minors and parents but for subjects of age too, especially when disease comes. Verf.-Referat
