Abstract
The anatomic conditions and biochemical situations created by the specific movements of certain sports lay their practitioners open to subacromial conflict syndrome. These conditions are examined and after brief remarks on the clinical anatomy involved, the treatment employed in order to achieve effective funtional rehabilitation is described. In most cases this is no-surgical, surgery only being required if physio-kinesitherapy is less than totally successful or in the case of tendon lesions. Verf.-Referat
