Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the content of the free amino acids in the tissues of trained rats under different regime of nutrition. It was found that systematic application of special food supplement i.g. L-alanine, L-glutamate, citric acid, milk protein increase the glycogen stores in liver and intensify the metabolism of branched chain amino acids, alanine and 3-methylhistidine in skeletal muscle cells. The obtained data suggest that during physical activity, the systematic application of food supplement increase energy and protein metabolism in the rat. Verf.-Referat
