Abstract

The method of evaluation of canoeists power capacity based on the select power characteristics was presented. The method of power measurements according to load and time was described. On the basis of the first of the measured characteristics, the value of the load for which the power attained its maximum value was calculated. For the load value calculated this way, the value of the next characteristics was measured. In the experiment a cycloergometer adapted to calvic limbs work and equipped with an apparatus for rotational speed measurements developed during the test was used. Some indicators important in the canoeists state of training evaluation was proposed. A group of canoeists - pupils of the school of sport mastery in Walcz took part in the experiment. Verf.-Referat
