Abstract
To look for the influence of the adrenals on testosterone increase during an acute stress, male rats were adrenalectomized and two weeks later exposed to stress of a single intraperitoneal injection of physiological saline. Adrenalectomy abolished stress-induced rise of plasma testosterone. Verf.-Referat
