Abstract
A statistical survey was carried out on a sample group of 1100 runners from Milan and the surrounding area. The survey was carried out using a questionnaire which showed that a high percentage of joggers are exposed to risk factors in spite of the competitive nature of the sport and that they do not have sufficient medical control and assistance.
