Abstract
Elbow fractures are often difficult to treat and the outcome relates to the degree of soft-tissue injury and accuracy of reduction. This article reviews some of the more common and complex fractures that may be encountered in an athletic population, summarizing current operative and nonoperative treatment alternatives.
