Abstract
To test the hypothesis of a direct action of glucocorticoids, catecholamines and ACTH on corpus luteum, we used a preparation of dispersed bovine luteal cells. Glucocorticoids and catecholamines stimulated the ovarian progesterone synthesis in vitro. Adding of ACTH to the cell suspension decreased progesterone production. Verf.-Referat
