Abstract
Sixty four healthy men, living in similar conditions, participated in the study. The paper presents results of studies on the effects of laboratory and field exercise on serotonin concentration in blood of subjects with regular motor activity, untrained and in subjects practising sports trained. Increased serotonin concentration has been found in both trained and untrained subjects after each of the exercise used. A lower increase in serotonin concentration after exercise was observed in blood of trained subjects as compared with untrained ones (p < 0.05). Verf.-Referat
