Abstract
A recent history of progress in the treatment of patellar subluxation is presented from the point of view of personal experience and observation. Included are reflections on the development of knowledge about clinical signs, mechanism of dislocation, radiographic evaluation, and pre-operative rehabilitation. Surgical procedures are briefly discussed, and comments are made relative to chondromalacia, peroneal palsy, lateral release, and lateral compression syndrome. Verf.-Referat
