Abstract
A fracture of the coracoid process associated with a thrid-degree acromioclavicular joint separation is a rare injury. No case has been previously reported in the English language literature of an adult with a coracoclavicular ligament disruption present simultaneously. This unique combination of lesions in the lateral clavicular restraining complex requires two separate mechanisms of injury. A case report is presented, and proposed mechanisms of injury, treatment, and a review of the literature are discussed. Verf.-Referat
