Abstract
A case of compression of the superficial peroneal nerve at the dorsum pedis is presented. This condition is extremely rare. It should none the less be borne in mind when athletes are subjected to repeated microtraumas and do not always use appropriate footwear. Surgical management results in the disappearance of pain in chronic cases. Verf.-Referat
