Abstract
This articel addresses the theoretic basis and application techniques of modalities in the realm of overuse problems. Their applicatiuon early in the intervetion process can help reduce the symptoms associated with these problems. They enable the ultimate modality of exercise to be incorporated early on, minimizing the effects of disuse and prompting the return to activity. Verf.-Referat
