Abstract
The biomechanical interdependency of the lower extremity kinetic chain revals the necessity of understanding the structures involved in any ankle injury and its rehabilitation. It is often advantageous to instruct patients in home exercise programs that will enhance the rehabilitation process and specifically treat the injured tissue and surrounding structures. Verf.-Referat
