Abstract
Recent advances in the understanding and treatment of knee problems in the young athlete have reflected changes seen in the whole of orthopaedic sports medicine. Notable among these changes has been the advent of arthroscopy, which has improved the surgeons diagnostic skills and led to a greater appreciation for the presence of ligament injuries. Verf.-Referat
