Abstract
Neck injuries in football players vary from burners to quadriplegia. Shoulder pad modifications, transportation techniques, and treatment methods can improve spinal care in football players. Decision-making in neck injuries begins on the field and may end after extensive diagnostic studies. Recommendations on playing with certain injuries are based on risk categories. Verf.-Referat
