Abstract
The authors relate about two cases of compression of the deep palmar branch of the ulnar nerve in sport traumatology (body building and bowls). The compression was localised at the pisohamate hiatus, so that the sensitive branches of the nerve were respected, and was due to repeated microtraumatisms. The authors underline the importance of a careful objective examination and of a preoperative EMG followed by an earlier surgical exploration and neurolysis. Verf.-Referat
