Abstract
A comparison was made between conventional radiology (lateral radiography and axial projections according to Laurin and Merchant) and computed tomography in 41 clinically selected cases of patellar pain, 25 cases of instability and 20 controls. The presence of an abnormality with a tendency to lateralisation was noted in 46 of cases of pain. This fact must be taken into account in the choice of treatment. Verf.-Referat
