Abstract
The authors after the good results obtained in the treatment of the shoulders periarthritis with the anaesthetic block of the suprascapular nerve, relate about their own experience in the employment of this methodology for the treatment of the pathology by functional overload of the shoulder of the athlete and principally of the so called throwers shoulder or acromioclavicular impingement syndrome. In the authors opinion, the anaesthetic block of the suprascapular nerve is the bloodless treatment to prefer. Verf.-Referat
