Abstract
The object of this study is to investigate the distribution and the nature of lesions of occasional ice-skaters. A group of 283 patients with 298 ice-skating lesions was examined. The mean age was 25,5 years (men) and 27,5 years (women). In 58 of the cases the lesion was a fracture. There were males and 136 females, but the distribution of the fractures was 57 (females) against 43 (males). Verf.-Referat
