Abstract
This paper is part of a greater-scale research dealing with the influence of various versions of relaxative training on some features and reactions of human personality. The purpose of these inquiries was an attempt to count the influence of permanently practicing yoga during several months on the dimension of anxiety and aggression. The sample included students, aged 22-25, practicing (the experimental group) and non-practicing (the control group) yoga. The anxiety was measured with the STAI Spielbergers and Taylors questionaries and aggression with the Buss-Durkees questionaire. Statistically significant differences (p<0.5) were found between the experimental group and the control one in the features in question. People pursuing yoga display a lower dimension of anxiety and aggression compared to the control group. Verf.-Referat
