Abstract des Autors
The authors found a significant neurosensorial deficit in the left ears of 46 of the sportsmen engaged in clay pigeon shooting whom they examined. This suggests the necessity of an audiological examination at the moment of enrolment in a shooting club. Present regulations do not provide for this and should in our opinion be revised.
