Abstract
The authors studied the training effects on plasticity and motor units recruitment, by mean electromyography. Well trained weight lifters and sedentaries have been studied in two different groups of ten subjects each. The results suggest a real reprogramming of muscle fibres and motor units recruitment caused by exercise and training. Verf.-Referat
