Abstract
Flexion-extension and internal-external rotation of the knee following transposition of the semitendinosus and gracilis tendons in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in accordance with the original technique employed in the authors department since 1979 was evaluated with the Cybex II isokinetic dynamometer. The results showed that the surgical method described ensures conservation of the flexor and intrarotatory function of the muscles thus transposed. Verf.-Referat
