Abstract
Fifty athletes belonging to different sporting disciplines underwent echographic examinations of the muscular masses. With this method, various lesions of the muscle tissue following sporting trauma were discovered. Several cases are reported which have a significant clinical-echographic correlation. The authors stress usefulness of echography in the screening of sporting trauma pathology. Verf.-Referat
