Abstract
Compartment syndromes occurring in the forearm and leg are not infrequent, and their etiology, diagnosis, and treatment have been the subject of several reviews. In contrast, reports of compartment syndromes of the upper arm are conspicuously rare in the medical literature. We wish to report our experience with an upper arm compartment syndrome in a high school athlete. Verf.-Referat
