Abstract
The authors describe a case of isolated paralysis of the anterior serratus muscle in a water-polo player fully active at a competitive level, emphasizing that the pre-established programs of rehabilitative therapy must be adapted to the specific motorsports activity of the patient if they are to attain the desired results. They also show how the ommision of these adjustments in therapy can lead to complications that may even be dangerous for the patient. Verf.-Referat
